East Kazakhstan's Amanat Keruen Brings Free Expert Help to Rural Villages

A new social initiative called Amanat Keruen has launched in East Kazakhstan Region. The campaign’s first event took place in Samarsky District, offering rural residents free services and expert advice on key issues. The event brought together specialists from multiple organisations to support local communities. Doctors from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Oncology and Surgery Center carried out free medical check-ups. Ophthalmologists from Astana Vision clinic also performed vision tests and gave personalised recommendations.

Beyond healthcare, the campaign focused on education and economic support. Residents received consultations on HIV/AIDS prevention and career guidance for high school graduates. Experts also advised on entrepreneurship and agricultural development, helping locals explore new opportunities. Government representatives were present to explain state support measures and party-led projects. They provided details on accessing public services and social assistance, aiming to improve rural living standards through practical help.

The Amanat Keruen initiative combines healthcare, education, and economic guidance in one programme. Free screenings, expert consultations, and government support were all made available to rural residents. Further events are expected as the campaign continues across the region.
