Glucose Goddess unveils Anti-Spike Formula to slash post-meal sugar spikes

French biochemist Jessie Inchauspe, known as the Glucose Goddess, has announced the launch of a new supplement. Anti-Spike Formula claims to reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes by up to 40%. The product is set for release in April and is already available for pre-order. The supplement contains four natural ingredients: white mulberry leaf, lemon extract, a vegetable extract blend, and cinnamon. According to the Glucose Goddess website, 25 clinical trials support the efficacy of these ingredients individually in lowering blood sugar spikes. However, no trials confirm their combined effectiveness in the formula.

Anti-Spike Formula is designed for daily use, taken once before consuming carbohydrates or sugar. Inchauspe describes it as an additional tool to complement her existing dietary advice rather than a standalone solution. She emphasised that her food-based strategies remain central to managing glucose levels.

Nutritional therapist Pippa Campbell has cautioned that supplements cannot compensate for an unhealthy diet. She stressed that factors like sleep and stress also play a significant role in blood sugar regulation. The product is priced at £46 for a 30-serving supply. The supplement offers a new option for those looking to control blood sugar responses. Its launch follows Inchauspe’s two best-selling books on glucose management. However, experts highlight that diet and lifestyle remain the foundation for stable blood sugar levels.
