Solingen's Glass Workshop hosts a free Health Day with wellness activities
The Glass Workshop in Solingen is hosting a Health Day on Thursday, June 27, from 16:00 to 20:00. The event will take place at Hauptstr. 61-63 and features a range of activities focused on wellness and recovery. At 16:30, nutrition consultant Sabine Naarmann-Kirschbaun will give a talk titled Ballaststoffe sind kein Ballast, Energiearm und nährstoffreich Essen und Ernährung 55 plus. Later, workshops with food samples will be held at the cooking station at 17:00 and 17:30.
Nicole Heiermann will lead a workshop on the Alexander Technique at 18:30. Solinger Sportbildungswerk will also offer corporate health promotion, including assessments and a Kinetic tool workshop at 19:00.
Pflegedienstleitung Nastasja Kobe will introduce Libento Tagespflege Lochbachtal and provide information on day care placement. AWO-Seniorenarbeit will present creative memory training and movement sessions for seniors. Natalia Amvrosiadis will offer office massages at a rate of 1€ per minute. Solinger Klinikum will showcase its mobile studio, Studiowelle 2, designed for patient recovery. The Health Day brings together experts and organisations to promote well-being. Attendees can participate in talks, workshops, and demonstrations aimed at improving health and mobility. All activities are scheduled between 16:00 and 20:00 at the specified location.
