Orient Express and Guerlain Unveil a 14-Day Wellness Voyage Across the Atlantic
In October 2026, Orient Express Sailing Yachts and Guerlain will launch Ocean Rebirth, a fourteen-day wellness retreat. The programme will take place aboard the Orient Express Corinthian, following a transatlantic route from Lisbon to Bridgetown. A two-day stop in the Azores will be part of the journey. Ocean Rebirth is built around Guerlain’s holistic approach to wellbeing. It centres on four pillars: nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and sleep. The retreat uses the time at sea to create a continuous environment for regeneration.
The programme includes individual consultations, small-group workshops, and guided sessions. A specialised nutritional plan has been developed with the ship’s culinary teams and Guerlain. Advanced tools such as the LongeviSkin device, Technogym Check-up assessments, pressotherapy, LED masks, and Theragun recovery devices will support the experience.
Five experts—Amélie Demange, Arthur Guérin-Boëri, Déborah Passuti, Julie Granger, and Slav Marinov—will accompany guests throughout the voyage. After this retreat, the Orient Express Corinthian will continue its winter 2026-2027 season in the Caribbean. Planned experiences include Beach Days at Prickly Pear Cay in Anguilla and Symphony of the Senses in Saint Kitts and Nevis. The retreat offers a structured wellness programme with expert guidance and cutting-edge technology. Guests will follow a carefully designed itinerary that combines travel with personalised wellbeing activities. The collaboration between Orient Express Sailing Yachts and Guerlain extends to additional Caribbean experiences later in the season.
