Free medical examinations for fitness enthusiasts are now available in Nizhny Novgorod. The initiative aims to help people uncover hidden health risks before they lead to injuries or overexertion. The service has launched across 15 adult Health Centers in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Two of these centres are located within Polyclinics No. 4 and No. 30 in the city itself.

The examinations are fully covered for anyone with a compulsory health insurance policy. Each assessment includes bioelectrical impedance analysis, providing a detailed breakdown of body composition. Licensed doctors carry out the tests using high-precision stationary equipment.

To book an appointment, residents can use the Nizhny Novgorod Region Patient Portal online. The screenings are designed to detect early signs of health issues that could affect physical activity. By identifying risks in advance, the programme supports safer participation in fitness routines. Eligible individuals can access the service without charge.
