Kamchatka joins Russia's 'Health Dictation' with new nutrition and fitness module

Residents of Kamchatka are invited to join the All-Russian Sanitary Awareness Campaign, 'Health Dictation'. The initiative is part of the SanProsvet project, which falls under the federal programme 'Nation’s Sanitary Shield: Safety for Health'. The campaign includes a second module titled 'Movement Is Life: Eat Right', now open for participation. This module focuses on four key areas: physical activity, healthy nutrition, food safety, and workout safety and injury prevention.

The test remains available until 22 May on the official portal at https://dictant-sanprosvet.ru/. Anyone aged 7 or older can take part in the campaign, which also forms part of the interregional MASS project 'Siberian School: A Territory of Health'. Upon completion, participants will receive a personalised certificate. The certificate includes a detailed breakdown of their answers. The campaign aims to promote health awareness across the region.
