Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen Hosts a Day of Support for Caregivers in June 2026

A day of support and relaxation for caregivers is set to take place in Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen. Organised by the Rhön Nature and Living Space Association (VNLR), the event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Tickets cost €10 per person, covering drinks and a light lunch. The event kicks off at 10 a.m. with a guided discussion circle led by Elisabeth Fries. Attendees will have the chance to share experiences and connect with others in similar roles.

A light lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m., followed by a talk at 1:30 p.m. Psychologist Christine Kailing will speak about the importance of self-care for those in caregiving roles. After the talk, participants can join a mindful nature walk around the area. The day will wrap up with a closing gathering at around 4 p.m. All activities will take place at the Bürgerhaus Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen on Rhöner Straße 18.

The event offers caregivers a chance to recharge and build connections. With discussions, a talk on self-care, and a nature walk, it provides both practical support and relaxation. Organisers hope the day will help attendees feel refreshed and less isolated.
