Emplify Health earns gold as Wisconsin's top family-friendly employer

Emplify Health, a not-for-profit healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin, has received gold-level certification as a Family Dollar Friendly Workplace. The organization, which employs 16,000 people, was recognized for its commitment to supporting work-life balance and family well-being.

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers and Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich attended ceremonies marking the achievement, highlighting its significance for the state.

Emplify Health operates across 11 hospitals and over 100 clinics, serving 25 counties in Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. With more than 1,500 clinicians among its staff, it is the largest employer in Wisconsin to earn this certification.

The organization provides flexible work arrangements, parental leave, healthcare benefits, and family-focused support programs. These policies contributed to its gold-level recognition, allowing it to display the Family Dollar Friendly Workplaces logo and access additional program benefits.

Beyond internal support, Emplify Health also makes annual conduit contributions to a nonprofit that assists families in need. Its certification brings the total number of Family Dollar Friendly Workplaces in Wisconsin to 71, covering over 24,000 employees and their families.

The gold-level certification confirms Emplify Health's dedication to employee well-being and family support.
