The fitness industry in Krasnodar Krai is seeing shifts in pay, demand, and competition for jobs. Salaries for trainers have risen, but the number of vacancies has dropped compared to last year. Employers now face a crowded field, with many applicants vying for each position. In the first three months of 2026, the median salary for fitness trainers in Krasnodar Krai reached 70,000 rubles. This marks an 8% increase from the same period in 2025. Entry-level offers started at 37,000 rubles, while top earners could make up to 150,000 rubles—a 21% jump from early 2025.

Hiring activity surged in March and April, though the total number of vacancies fell. Over 300 job openings were advertised, down 12% from Q1 2025. Despite this, competition remained fierce, with 13.2 applicants for every position. More than 4,500 resumes flooded in during the quarter. Most vacancies were concentrated in Krasnodar, Sochi, and Novorossiysk. Employers prioritised candidates with skills in personal and group training, strength programs, Pilates, boxing, and martial arts. Soft skills like teamwork, communication, and customer focus were also highly valued. Over half of the applicants held a higher education degree.

The data shows a growing but competitive market for fitness trainers in Krasnodar Krai. Salaries are climbing, yet fewer jobs are available than last year. With high demand and strict employer expectations, the sector remains challenging for new entrants.
