Frankie Valli cancels 2026 tour due to health concerns at 92
Legendary singer Frankie Valli has cancelled all remaining concert dates for 2026 due to health concerns. The 92-year-old star, best known for hits like Can’t Take My Eyes Off You and Big Girls Don’t Cry, last performed in February at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula. His decision comes after a career spanning decades as both a solo artist and frontman of The Four Seasons. Valli’s team announced the cancellation of nine upcoming shows, including performances in Scottsdale on June 26, Anaheim on June 28, and Newark on July 17. Rather than postponing, he chose to cancel outright to avoid keeping fans waiting with purchased tickets.
The singer plans to focus on his health over the next six months. He has not ruled out a return to the stage in 2027, depending on his recovery. Valli’s career includes induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award earlier this year. His life and music inspired the hit Broadway musical *Jersey Boys*, which ran from 2005 to 2017. The show was later adapted into a 2014 film directed by Clint Eastwood.
Valli’s cancellation marks the end of his 2026 tour, leaving fans hoping for his return next year. His legacy as one of pop music’s most enduring voices remains unchanged, with decades of chart-topping hits and sold-out performances. The next six months will determine whether he steps back into the spotlight.
