Free Public Lecture on Fatty Liver Disease Comes to Ibbenbüren in 2026

Ibbenbüren's adult education centre (vhs) will host a public lecture on fatty liver disease next spring. The event, titled Understanding Fatty Liver Disease, takes place on March 25, 2026. Attendees will learn about causes, symptoms and ways to prevent the condition.

The 90-minute session runs from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the vhs building on Oststraße 28. Organisers will share practical tips on diet, exercise and improving liver health. Tickets cost €14.00 per person.

Those interested can sign up online at www.vhs-ourwebsite or by emailing vhs@ourwebsite. Completed registration forms may also be dropped into the vhs office mailboxes. No prior medical knowledge is required to attend.

The lecture aims to raise awareness of a common but often overlooked health issue. Participants will leave with clear guidance on lifestyle changes to support liver function. Further details are available through the vhs Ibbenbüren website or office.
