Lionheart and Rejuvant Launch Groundbreaking KLOTHO-UP™ Healthspan Study for Aging Adults

Lionheart Health has partnered with Rejuvant for a significant healthspan study called KLOTHO-UPTM. The project aims to slow age-related decline by combining nutrition, supplements, and advanced exercise technology. Participants in the program will follow a structured plan with regular health checks over a full year.

The study targets adults aged 50 to 80 who exhibit signs of frailty, mild cognitive impairment, or early Alzheimer's. Eligible participants must meet strict health and biomarker criteria set by Lionheart Health. Exact enrollment numbers remain undisclosed as of February 2026.

Each participant receives a personalized regimen that includes SNiP Nutrition's customized supplements and BodStimTM bioelectric exercise sessions. Rejuvant's CaAKG supplement is now a mandatory part of the program, alongside other Klotho-focused interventions. The collaboration merges proven nutritional approaches with state-of-the-art technology under a clear, measurable framework.

Testing occurs at four crucial points: at the beginning, then after three, six, and twelve months. This schedule enables researchers to monitor changes in physical and cognitive health over time.

The KLOTHO-UPTM Study employs multiple strategies to extend healthy aging. Participants will undergo regular assessments to gauge progress. If successful, the findings could influence future healthspan programs for older adults.
