Montara Unveils Tri Vananda: Phuket's New Luxury Wellness Community
Montara Hospitality Group has announced plans for a new residential community in Phuket. Called Tri Vananda, the development will focus on health, wellness, and sustainable living. The project adds to the company’s growing portfolio of luxury and lifestyle properties across Thailand. Tri Vananda will consist of 70 pool villas, each designed with biophilic principles to blend with nature. The layouts will range from two to four bedrooms, all featuring nature-inspired interiors. Residents will have access to facilities centred on functional and integrative medicine, nutrition, cognitive health, and mindfulness.
The development reflects Montara Hospitality Group’s broader commitment to high-end hospitality and wellness. The company already operates TRISARA, a luxury beach resort in Phuket, and PRAYA PALAZZO, a boutique hotel in Bangkok. Its social enterprises include PRU, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and JAMPA, which holds a Michelin Green Star for sustainability. Tri Vananda will join these properties as part of the group’s expanding vision. The project aims to provide world-class services while maintaining a focus on well-being and environmental harmony.
The new community will offer a unique living experience in Phuket. With its emphasis on health, nature, and luxury, Tri Vananda targets residents seeking a balanced lifestyle. The development is set to become one of Montara Hospitality Group’s flagship projects in Thailand.
