Mother gives birth to twins in BMW after sudden labour on road trip

A mother has given birth to twins in the front seat of her partner’s BMW after going into labour unexpectedly. Chloe Weston, already a mother of two, described the dramatic arrival as her ‘easiest’ birth yet. The twins were born a week before her planned C-section date. Chloe Weston was travelling with her partner, Adrian Bradbury, when she suddenly went into labour. He pulled over, and within minutes, their first twin, Koah, was born weighing 6lb 4oz. Just 60 seconds later, his brother Kyro arrived, weighing 5lb 2oz.

The family rushed the newborns to Queen’s Hospital Burton in Staffordshire. Kyro spent two days in intensive care due to low blood sugar, while both twins stayed in hospital for a week. During their time there, a kind stranger donated pink blankets to keep the babies warm. Weston, who also has two other children—Jacob, 6, and Leo, 2—said she would happily go through the experience again despite the unexpected circumstances.

The twins are now home with their family after a week in hospital. Kyro has recovered from his early health scare, and both boys are doing well. Their mother remains positive about the unusual birth, calling it her smoothest yet.
