Nicolas Cage's Son Avoids Jail After Mental Health Ruling in Assault Case

Weston Coppola Cage, son of actor Nicolas Cage, appeared in a Los Angeles court this week for a hearing linked to an alleged assault on his mother. The session included a mental health evaluation following charges stemming from an April 2024 incident. A judge has now ruled that his mental health condition played a key role in the case.
