Saxony-Anhalt Heart Week 2026 Kicks Off with Public Action Day on June 15

The 7th Saxony-Anhalt Heart Week will begin on June 15, 2026. A public action day is planned to mark the start of the event on the market square. The day will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the market square. Petra Grimm-Benne, Saxony-Anhalt’s Minister for Labor, Social Affairs, Health, and Equality, will officially open the week. Katharina Brederlow, Deputy Mayor for Education and Social Affairs, will greet attendees at the opening event at 1 p.m. The event will start with a formal launch on the market square. Officials and organisers will be present to mark the occasion. The public is invited to attend and participate.
