Stryker has unveiled Synchfix EVT, a next-generation flexible device for ankle syndesmosis injuries. Synchfix EVT builds on Stryker's existing Synchfix platform but reduces procedural complexity compared to earlier models. The system features an ergonomic handle and a low-profile titanium implant for easier surgical use. Its one-handed deployment design and integrated suture tensioning handles streamline the process for surgeons.

Intended for both soft tissue and bone fixation, the system can be used in ankle syndesmosis disruptions—with or without fractures—as well as alongside hardware for fracture repair.
