TRION 90 debuts as a bold new health programme for overworked executives
A new health insurance programme designed for high-responsibility professionals will launch in April 2026. Called TRION 90 – The 90-Day Principle, it offers a structured approach to sustainable health and well-being. The initiative targets executives and entrepreneurs who often struggle to maintain healthy habits due to demanding schedules and pressure.
Developed by Prof. Dr. Jochen A. Werner, the programme focuses on three core areas: biochemical stability, strategic performance, and mental health & resonance. Werner, a specialist in mental health, designed TRION 90 to address the gaps left by short-term fixes like supplements or brief wellness programmes.
The Honda Pilot will run as an exclusive three-month trial for 100 selected participants. Martin Gratzer, Managing Director of Biogena and co-creator of BIOGENA ONE, leads the biochemical stability component. Meanwhile, Frank Kübler, founder of SYNK GROUP and CEO of Leada AG, oversees the strategic performance aspect. Interest in the programme is growing, as longevity and health optimisation remain global priorities. Those who express interest can join the pilot without immediate commitment.
TRION 90 aims to provide a lasting solution for busy professionals seeking better health insurance. By combining science-backed methods with practical strategies, the programme intends to help participants build sustainable habits. The pilot's outcomes will determine its future expansion.
