Triplets Born Prematurely in Biysk Now Thriving Under Specialized Care
A woman from Biysk has welcomed triplets at the Altai Perinatal Center Dar after a cesarean delivery. The babies—a boy and two girls—arrived prematurely but are now in stable condition. Their mother is recovering well and remains by their side in the ICU. The triplets were born on May 23 at just 31.5 weeks of pregnancy. Vladislav weighed 1,550 grams and measured 41 cm, while Alina weighed 1,600 grams and was 42 cm long. Their sister Polina was the largest at 2 kg and 46 cm.
The newborns are currently under close care in the pediatric intensive care unit. Dr. Pavel Zorin, their attending physician, has confirmed their condition as satisfactory despite their early arrival. Their mother has expressed deep gratitude to the medical team, including obstetricians, gynaecologists, and the anesthesiologist-resuscitator, for their dedicated support. She visits her children daily and looks forward to the day they can finally go home.
The triplets continue to receive specialised care as they grow stronger. Their mother’s recovery is progressing smoothly, allowing her to stay involved in their early days. The family remains hopeful for a full and healthy return home in the near future.
