Trump declared fully fit for office after latest medical exam

President Donald Trump has received a clean bill of health after his latest medical examination. The White House physician confirmed he remains fully fit to serve as Commander-in-Chief. The checkup took place at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in October 2025.

This was Trump’s third in-person medical visit in just 13 months. During the appointment, doctors conducted a full neurological exam, where he scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on cognitive function tests. They also recommended advanced imaging, leading to a CT scan of his heart and abdomen.

His weight was recorded at 238 pounds, with a resting heart rate of 73 beats per minute. While he is up to date on all preventive screenings and immunisations, he continues taking medication for cholesterol and cardiac prevention. The report also noted a long-standing issue with chronic venous insufficiency, which causes poor circulation and occasional leg swelling. Despite this, physicians declared his overall health as excellent.

The latest examination confirms Trump’s ability to carry out all presidential duties without restriction. His medical team highlighted no major concerns beyond routine management of existing conditions. The results reaffirm his fitness for office, according to official statements.
