Wolfsburg Hospital Hosts Exclusive Event for Expectant Parents on May 19

Wolfsburg Hospital is organising a special event for expectant parents as part of World Birth Week. Scheduled for May 19, the afternoon will provide guided tours, expert advice, and informal discussions over refreshments. The event will run in two sessions, at 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, each lasting around two hours. To keep conversations personal, attendance is capped at 30 people per session. Registration is open via the hospital’s online event calendar, which shows live availability for each time slot.

Attendees can explore the maternity facilities, including the delivery rooms, pediatric clinic, and postnatal ward. In the main foyer, informational booths will cover a range of services: Wolfsburg’s newborn home-visit programme, the human milk bank, and the intercultural fathers’ office. Representatives from the Early Support Network, pregnancy counselling, breastfeeding consultants, and local family centres will also be on hand. Between discussions, expectant parents can relax with coffee, tea, and cake. The informal setting encourages one-on-one chats about pregnancy, labour, and adjusting to life with a newborn.

The event aims to give parents-to-be practical insights and direct access to local support networks. With limited spaces, early registration is advised. Full details and booking are available through Wolfsburg Hospital’s event calendar.
