Yakutia's Digital Healthcare Project Resolves 5,000+ Citizen Complaints

A digital healthcare project in Yakutia has helped resolve over 5,000 citizen complaints since its launch. Known as ZdravControl, the initiative began in March 2023 to improve access to medical services and protect patient rights across the region. The project is a joint effort between the Republic of Sakha’s Ministry of Health and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. Its goal is to boost patient satisfaction by introducing digital tools that simplify interactions with healthcare providers.

Residents in Yakutsk can use the service via the 'Yakutsk.Health' online platform. Those living in other districts of Yakutia access it through the 'Sakha.Health' link. The chat service allows citizens to report issues, seek guidance, and monitor the quality of medical care. Since its start, the system has addressed more than 5,000 complaints related to healthcare access. It also enables public oversight, ensuring greater transparency in how medical institutions operate.

The ZdravControl project continues to expand its reach across Yakutia. By offering direct digital support, it has already eased access to medical services for thousands of residents. The initiative remains focused on improving healthcare quality through technology and public engagement.
